So I have a quick minute while waiting to head around Merida for the day. The town looks very scenic so I’m sure there will be lots of photos today. I was told the city is 480 years old, and there are a lot of the buildings still standing.
I slept in a hammock last night. That was different. Comfortable but I wish I had a sheet. And maybe a pillow. No AC makes for both of those items to generally be heat trappers, so I guess they are less common in the summer.
p.s. Toilet paper in residential Yucatan goes in the garbage, not the toilet. Just FYI.
