Building styles vary from place to place, but there was a serious amount of awesome architecture that I saw wandering around Singapore. Even though I only had about 10 hours, I made the most of it. This picture was taken on the Esplanade, of the Theatres on the Bay buildings. Located in the civic district, at the mouth of the Singapore river, these matching modern buildings were built in 2002 with the intent of becoming the center for performing arts.
Not to be outdone by the artwork found inside, even the front doors provide artistic attractions.
