Down the Aisle of Color

This is one of the many occasions where I wished I had a super wide angle or maybe even a fisheye lens.  I’m waiting for the day where I can go maybe as wide as 10 or 14mm… But then again I’m also wanting a nice 50mm prime lens… Ahh the lives and times of a new photographer ha ha.

One cool thing about Colorado, is your elevation or distance from the mountains or even the mountain’s height themselves can change so much, that you can see the sun set behind them in one stop, then drive an hour and have the sun back up again.  I’m glad we had some sun left when we hit the Air Force Academy Chapel at Colorado Springs, because the streams of light pouring into the stained glass lit the entire space with color.
