Rock Wall at Sunset

In the Valley of the Sun there is a propensity for great clouds and colors around sunset.  It must have to do with the way the temperature changes in the desert as the sun goes down.  Whatever it is, it seems like every night there is a new and improved version of sunset.

About halfway up A-Mountain, a staple trail of the ASU campus leads you up to a sitting area, enclosed by this rock wall.  Setting on one of the benches, you can see the whispers of clouds making their way across the sky, all heading towards the setting sun.  I actually decided to take a lot of color out of this photo, as it was almost distracting from the simple shapes of the stones and clouds.
