Last Sunsets on the Lone Yellow Tree

Well I think the colorful fall season is pretty much over.  We had a pretty good run of colorful trees but I still felt like I hadn’t got the one photo that would really set off the fall season.  I was driving one evening, and whenever there is a nice looking sky, I like to take a different way around, to see new things and get new sights.  I actually second guess myself a lot when it comes to what will be a good scene, and often drive past an area once then convince myself that I should really go back.  Anyways, the sun was quickly falling below the horizon and I was afraid I was going to miss it. Make sure you don’t miss it, it’s in the bottom left corner, poking it’s orange glow thru the trees.

I think this photo worked well in B&W as well, but the color really gets it done for me.
