Oh How the Flowers Will Glow

There was a large protest scheduled to march on the presidential building over the weekend that we were in Taipei, and the government was taking extra precautions to ensure that the folks involved would be safe, and that included large barricades that shut down areas of the down town. Every once in a while, a detour can lead to something unexpected, like a night time walk thru the botanical gardens in Taipei. On a still night, the flowers glow in the lights of the terrace.
