Aluminum Prints

I have to say, getting prints done on aluminum has been awesome.  A friend at the office got his shipped in a while ago, but I finally got around to being able to see it the other day.  I’m happy that it turned out so well!

China or Chinatown?

What do you think?  It could go either way…

Around the Studio

What a cool space to have a studio.  Right in downtown Rockford, FotoEnvy is really transforming this old building in to a great new place to have a gallery and work area.  If you didn’t make it down town to the Art Scene, here’s a few shots of the work that I had hung in the studio.

What a great showing this weekend!  Thanks to everyone who made it out, and to those whom I was able to speak with.  A special thanks to FotoEnvy for hosting me, and I’m excited to continue to expand our relationship in future endeavors.

New Canvas

I love when people are happy to get new art.  My good friend Meghan just picked up a canvas print of the Forest Sunburst photo, and she even let me borrow it to hang in the show.  I took some photos from the gallery and will share tomorrow for those who couldn’t make it.

Canvas Printing

Well I almost forgot to put this picture up! I was waiting to make sure the big reveal had been completed before I posted it, and it slipped my mind. This is my friend Andy, who just recently became a proud father (like yesterday), and his canvas printed photo that I had taken at Cape Byron. After calling me up one day asking about a photo to have printed for the baby’s new room, we got to talking about what would go best with the room, and came up with this decision. Actually it was out first and only choice, because it worked out so well.  Glad you like it Andy!
